Summer time mean sandals and flip flops and running on the beach barefoot. Get your feet ready for the summer with this foot soap recipe. You probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen. Milk and baking soda.
How to get soft summer feet:
You’ll need a bowl big enough to fit you both feet. Fill it up with warm milk till it cover your feet (usually 2-4 cups).
Soak your feet in the milk for 5 minutes. The lactic acid in the milk is what helps exfoliate the dead skin cells that are on your feet.
Scrub and massage your feet with the baking soda for about two minutes.
Soak your feet again in the milk for another 5 minutes.
